web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations,
and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local

9. Sales and Refunds
All sales are final.  Due to the digital nature of the content being sold, membership registrations, subscriptions, and renewals cannot be refunded.  All memberships are automatically renewed unless otherwise specified.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.
•    Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.  Member information (name, address, phone number) is kept on file in order to maintain a record of means by which to communicate with, or to send resources to, members.  This also applies to all cancelled, expired, and former members.  General membership information may be made visible to other members through Community features such as forums, message boards, and member comments.
•    We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
•    We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.  To request a report of your information, or to request that we remove your information from our records, contact Sales@TeachArgument.com.  You may forward all requests and complaints to this email address.
•    We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
•    Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
•    We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
•    We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

Data Collected to Manage Your Membership

At checkout, we will collect your name, email address, username, and password. This information is used to setup your account for our site. If you are redirected to an offsite payment gateway to complete your payment, we may store this information in a temporary session variable to setup your account when you return to our site.

At checkout, we may also collect your billing address and phone number. This information is used to confirm your credit card. The billing address and phone number are saved by our site to prepopulate the checkout form for future purchases and so we can get in touch with you if needed to discuss your order.

At checkout, we may also collect your credit card number, expiration date, and security code.This information is passed to our payment gateway to process your purchase. The last 4 digits of your credit card number and the expiration date are saved by our site to use for reference and to send you an email if your credit card will expire before the next recurring payment.

When logged in, we use cookies to track some of your activity on our site including logins, visits, and page views.
